1. What Stylogram is
Stylogram is a directory. We help you discover beauty artists and beauticians — hair, makeup, nails, mehndi and spa professionals — and show their services, prices and reviews. We are not a party to any booking. Appointments, payments, cancellations and the service itself are arranged directly between you and the artist. We do not employ, supervise, endorse or guarantee any artist, and we do not guarantee availability, pricing, quality or outcome.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, and able to enter a binding contract, to use the Service. If you use it on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business to these terms.
3. Accounts and guest use
You may run a limited number of searches as a guest. To continue you need an account — sign in with Google or Apple, or verify your email with a one-time code. Keep your sign-in method secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us at support@stylogram.app if you believe your account has been used without your permission. Do not create accounts to evade the guest allowance, a suspension or any other limit.
4. Artists and listings
Artists may create a listing or claim an existing one. Claiming requires verification that you own or are authorised to manage the business. If you publish a listing, you agree that:
- Your services, prices, availability, qualifications and contact details are accurate and kept up to date.
- You hold every licence, registration and permission the law requires for the services you offer.
- You own the photos and text you upload, or have permission to use them, and they do not depict anyone who has not consented.
- You will honour the prices shown to a client at the time they contact you, or correct the listing promptly.
- You will not claim a listing for a business you do not represent.
Listings are free at present. If we introduce paid features we will set out the pricing and terms before you buy. We may remove, suspend or refuse a listing that breaches these terms or that we reasonably believe to be inaccurate or fraudulent.
5. Reviews and user content
Reviews must describe a genuine, first-hand experience. Do not post reviews for a business you own, work for, or are connected to, and do not accept payment or an incentive in exchange for a review. We may remove content that is false, abusive, discriminatory, defamatory, obscene, invades someone’s privacy, infringes intellectual property, or breaks the law — and we may suspend accounts that repeatedly post it.
You keep ownership of everything you post. By posting, you grant Stylogram a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display and distribute that content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service. This licence ends when you delete the content, except for copies already made by search engines or held in backups.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Scrape, crawl, harvest or bulk-download listings, reviews or contact details, except as permitted by our robots.txt.
- Use contact details from the Service to send spam or unsolicited marketing.
- Interfere with, overload or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its infrastructure.
- Impersonate another person or business, or misrepresent your affiliation with one.
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or to promote services that are unlawful.
7. Intellectual property
The Stylogram name, logo, software, design and compiled directory are owned by us and protected by intellectual property law. These terms grant you a personal, revocable, non-transferable right to use the Service, and nothing more. If you believe content on the Service infringes your rights, write to support@stylogram.app with details of the work and the URL, and we will investigate.
8. Third-party services
The Service links to and relies on third parties — including sign-in providers, maps and business data from Google — and may show links to artist websites and social profiles. We are not responsible for third-party content, and your use of those services is governed by their own terms.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Listing information — including data sourced from third parties — may be incomplete or out of date, and we do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Verify an artist’s credentials, and any medical or allergy-related concerns, directly with them before booking.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stylogram is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or injury arising from a service you booked through an artist you found on Stylogram. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or ₹1,000. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Stylogram against claims, losses and reasonable legal costs arising from content you post, services you provide as an artist, or your breach of these terms or of applicable law.
12. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, if we are required to by law, or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — content licence, disclaimers, liability, indemnity and governing law — continue to apply.
13. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect and how we use it, and forms part of these terms.
14. Changes
We may update these terms as the Service changes. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version, and we will give notice in the app before a material change takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Pune, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any consumer protection right you have to bring a claim where you live.
